From April 11th to 13th, the delegation led by Roman Vettiger, Chairman of GSCV, a well-known Swiss entrepreneur, and healthcare expert, visited Xuchang for business. Representatives from some renowned Swiss companies and business associations in the fields of bioscience, artificial intelligence, and photovoltaic gathered in Xuchang to explore new opportunities for cooperation between Chinese and Swiss enterprises in the face of new circumstances.

On the afternoon of the 11th, the Sino-Swiss Business Conference was held. Zheng Lu, Director of Xuchang Commerce Bureau, introduced the economic and social development of Xuchang. She said that Xuchang has strong momentum in the development of new energy, bio-pharmaceuticals, and technological innovation, offering vast cooperation opportunities for Swiss companies. Both sides should strengthen exchanges and visits to achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation. Roman Vettiger and his delegation visited  DeutscheINTown Life Square project, the Xuchang City Planning Hall, and the Cao Wei Ancient City. They visited local enterprises such as Pingmei Longji, Jinmeng Solar, XJ Electric, Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park in the Economic Development Zone and XJ Schindler, and had business talk.
